NTI VEEMUX Audio Video Switch Features & Applications | A video matrix switch is designed to simplify the task of routing video input from many computers to multiple displays (projectors, monitors, etc.). An audio/video matrix switch performs the same functions, plus it provides stereo audio switching. VEEMUX video matrix switches (also known as video routers) are designed to switch VGA video directly. They eliminate the need for external interfaces and coax cable connections via BNC connectors. | NTI VEEMUX is also known as: VEEMUX audio / video matrix switch, video router, routing switcher, video switcher, video port router, matrix switch, video matrices. VEEMUX switches put you in control of your audio/video system. Signals from a range of input sources can be distributed to various output devices, in essence creating a "matrix" pattern of interconnection possibilities. A single computer video output can be routed to one or more monitors. Each image will be as crisp & clear as if directly connected to the original source. Each video output is buffered from each input, insuring signal integrity throughout the system. When switching ports, the audio automatically mutes until the video has been synchronized; and can also be muted on command. | This easy-to-use switch is the ideal solution for any application where information from many computers is being presented, such as classrooms, boardrooms, trade shows, conference and entertainment facilities, courtrooms, command centers, and control rooms. Multiple PCs or laptops can be plugged into the VEEMUX switch. Each computer's audio and video can be easily routed to one or more monitors and/or audio speakers. Easy drag-and-drop Matrix Control Software is built-in to all of NTI's Video Matrix Switchers. It provides intuitive and powerful control using an RS232 connection. Users can recall frequently used configurations with the click of a button. | - Matrix Control Software with Graphical User Interface (GUI control) (see screen shot) is included with the product. Visit Matrix KVM Switch features to Download this GUI control software.
- Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and On Screen Display (OSD), RS232 Control
are built directly into this switch. - Switch VGA video directly.
- 4 to 32 inputs (computer VGA video and audio).
- 2 to 16 outputs (monitors, projectors, speakers).
- Each output provides one video signal (and one audio signal for switches with audio).
- Each input can be independently connected to any or all outputs.
- Video bandwidth is 200 MHz. or greater.
- Supports 1900x1200 video resolution at a refresh rate of 85 Hz.
- Control switching via 1.) RS232 device such as a computer, 2.) Push buttons on the front panel, 3.) Infrared remote control.
